The main task and solution of the Program is to strongly promote initiatives to increase labor productivity. Specifically, select a number of fields and localities to pilot the Program to promote increased labor productivity, thereby expanding it to the entire economy; Research and propose the establishment of the National Productivity Committee on the basis of summarizing international experience and ensuring compatibility with Vietnam's practical conditions; Carry out policy dialogue activities and share experiences on increasing labor productivity. Regularly exchange and dialogue with the business community, investors and workers about requirements and barriers to improving labor productivity and recommend appropriate solutions, etc.
Another task and solution is to strongly develop research, development, application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation. Specifically, focus on integrating solutions to increase labor productivity into programs, mechanisms, and policies to build a digital government, digital economy, and digital society; develop the science and technology market, encourage the formation of an innovation ecosystem; Carry out extensive digital transformation in each industry, each field, and each business; Build and develop appropriate innovation capacity for each stage of development; promote the role of the National Innovation Center, create a National Innovation System with businesses as the center, etc.
Along with the above tasks and solutions is the task of promoting the restructuring of the economic space and improving the competitiveness of industries.
