Encouraging people to use online public services

TQO - In order to encourage people and businesses to perform public services online, the Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular 63/2023/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of a number of circulars regulating fees and charges.

Accordingly, there are 4 fees and charges reduced from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025 and 4 fees and charges to be reduced from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.

Fees are reduced for online public services such as applications for licenses to use industrial explosives, licenses to conduct radiation work, work request documents, industrial property rights protection services, etc.

In particular, the application for new issuance, re-issuance, or replacement of driver's licenses with reduced fees is paid attention by many people, applying a fee of VND115,000 VND per time of issuance.

In order for organizations and individuals to use online public services instead of face-to-face services, reducing procedures, paperwork, time, and workers, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda about the utility of using services. In addition, reducing fees for these online public services is a form of encouraging organizations and individuals to perform services, increasing the number of documents processed online, contributing to the implementation of the Project's goals.
