Trade union organizations actively mobilize cadres, union members, units, and enterprises to contribute and support the fund. At the same time, they proactively grasp the thoughts, aspirations, and difficult circumstances of union members and laborers, and propose support for union members in especially difficult circumstances.

Since 2024, with the allocated funds and contributions of civil servants, civil servants, and laborers, 42 families of laborers in difficult circumstances in the whole province have had solid and warm houses.

Although the support level is only from VND50 million per family, it is a source of motivation and catalyst to help realize the dream of poor working families to settle down, work with peace of mind, and stabilize their lives. That is also the happiness of those who work in the trade union in arousing the spirit of mutual love among cadres and union members. Thereby, strengthening and enhancing the role and position of the trade union organization, worthy of being a reliable support for union members and workers.
