In this difficulty, the tradition of mutual love is promoted. That is the donation and support activities of agencies, units, and localities in the province with creative and practical ways such as each cadre and party member supporting 1 day's salary. Some agencies and units have registered to complete 1 to 2 temporary houses. Many party cells and party committees have registered the project to welcome the congress as building houses for poor households.
On social networking sites, we see individuals, associations, and groups sharing difficult circumstances that need help. And all cases calling for help are supported by the social networking community, no matter how little or how much. In particular, there are many people who support difficult circumstances even though they still have to work for hire, do odd jobs, go to the market... to earn a living every day. They help in the spirit of a little, a lot of heart. For families in need of labor, they are willing to take a day or two off to help with the labor. Those who know how to build become masons, those who don't know how to help transport cement, sand and gravel; women support tea, water and small tasks. Some businesses have allowed people to buy sand and gravel, construction materials on credit. A little goes a long way, and dilapidated and temporary houses are gradually replaced by new, more spacious ones. Sharing about this act of kindness, they simply say that just because they see that they can help someone reduce their difficulties, that is happiness. We are poor in money but rich in love and gratitude. That is a priceless asset.
With creative ways of doing things, especially the tradition of sharing the sweet and the bitter, we believe that the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses of the province will complete the set goals.
