The Tuyen Quang Provincial Employment Service Centre cooperates with units and businesses to organize career guidance and job counseling sessions for workers and students.

According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, since the beginning of the year, the province has created new jobs for 19,574 workers. In which, there are 13,310 people working in the province, 557 people working in industrial parks and factories in the country and 557 people working abroad.

Thanks to an increasingly open investment environment, favorable conditions in all aspects, Tuyen Quang Province has attracted more enterprises. Currently, there are industrial zones and clusters in the province such as: Long Binh An Industrial Park (Tuyen Quang City), Son Nam Industrial Park, Phuc Ung Industrial Cluster (Son Duong), Tan Thanh Industrial Cluster (Ham Yen), etc. This is a destination chosen by many investors, creating many jobs for local workers.

Consulting and job introduction in the province has been organized regularly with an increasingly innovative form to help workers access information. As a result, the Employment Service Centre has coordinated with units, businesses and localities in the province to organize 14 job sessions with the participation of many employees. Especially, many job sessions are held in remote and difficult communes.

In the coming time, the job creation for laborers in the province is determined to focus on promoting propaganda and training on occupational safety and health for workers.
