A corner of Phong Quang Hamlet, Vinh Quang Commune, Chiem Hoa District.

Currently, 80% of local households in the hamlet practice the construction craft. Income from this profession accounts for 75% of the total value of local income.

Groups of workers build houses in the district everyday. Many workers can be responsibale for large projects that require high technology such as the office of the Commune People's Committee, schools, culture houses. The average income of an employee is from VND250,000 to VND400,000 each day.

Vinh Quang Commune reached the standards of new-style rural area in 2017 and completed advanced new rural area in 2021. Phong Quang Hamlet was selected as a model rural village. After only a year, the criteria of the model rural village have been finished by the hamlet. The hamlet's per capita income is estimated at more than VND56 million per year.
