Students at Dong Loi Secondary School (Son Duong) read books in the school library.

The Green Library model is considered a good practice applied by many schools in Tuyen Quang province, thereby arousing students' passion for reading. Thanks to the focus on designing and effectively applying the Green Library model, the reading movement of students in Dong Loi Secondary School (Son Duong) has had many positive changes.

Principal of Dong Loi Secondary School Luong Tran Thanh, said that through self-investment and mobilization of social resources, the school library possesses more than 1,000 books. These books are arranged under the grade and subject for students to choose. Thanks to the spacious and airy space, reading book becomes a useful and meaningful activity after stressful studying hours in class.

Recently, Tan Trao University is also implementing many solutions to attract students to the library. In addition to arranging computer rooms for students to access data in the best way, the school annually plans to purchase additional textbooks, documents, books, and stories.

Hopefully, efforts to build a space of "reading culture" in schools will create a healthy environment for students to practice the habit of daily exposure to new knowledge through the books, contributing to nurturing soul and form good character for students.
