An estimated 25,500 jobs were created in Tuyen Quang Province in 2020, meeting 121.4% of the set target.

In the first two months of the year, the province gave career counselling to 1,427 workers; organised 9 consulting conferences on job introduction and labor export in Yen Son and Son Duong districts; decided to support vocational training for 4 employees with the support level of VND12 million.

The Provincial Job Service Center also welcomed workers to receive job counseling information and apply for jobs right from the beginning of the year. Accordingly, the center has introduced jobs to 1,549 workers, including 53% of the employees applied for unemployment insurance policy.

In addition, the center has coordinated with the Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the districts to provide career counselling and labor export in remote areas and ethnic minority communes; cooperated with Military Command Committee of the city to introduce jobs and vocational training for the demobilized soldiers in the locality.

By the end of February 2021, the province has created jobs for over 2,400 workers. In the coming time, the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sector will continue to implement many solutions to create jobs and vocational training in order to meet the market requirements.
