The communes have also identified specific digital transformation goals for the period 2025 - 2030 such as: ensuring that over 80% of administrative procedures are provided in the form of online public services at level 4; at least 80% of administrative procedures dossiers are processed entirely online; 100% of commune cadres and civil servants are assigned digital identifiers in job processing; 60% to 80% of work records at commune level are processed on the network environment according to regulations; promoting the development of the digital economy, contributing to the consumption of key products of the communes on the basis of digital technology; develop digital society, narrow the digital gap; the percentage of population with electronic payment accounts reaches over 80%, etc.
Secretary of the Party Committee of Nang Kha Commune (Na Hang) Vu Van Tuan said that although the commune is located in a highland area, in recent years, commune officials and local people have quickly accessed technology. Currently, the commune is conducting training steps for members of the community digital technology group, which is a key force in propagating and guiding people to apply digital technology.
For Son Duong District, digital transformation has been developed by the district People's Committee into the project "Raising awareness, universalizing skills and developing national digital transformation human resources to 2025, with orientation to 2030". The locality aims to universalize digital skills to help people and businesses access digital knowledge and skills to participate in the digital transformation process and create human resources to carry out digital transformation.
Chairman of Son Nam Commune People's Committee (Son Duong) Tran Manh Tam said that the commune has set a goal that by 2030, at least 90% of people of working age will know about online public services and other essential digital services in the fields of health, education, transportation, tourism, banking; about 80% of educational institutions at all levels organize STEM/STEAM and digital skills education activities. The commune has also set out groups of tasks such as: raising awareness about digital transformation, universalizing digital transformation skills, developing digital transformation human resources.
