The construction of an expressway project connecting two northern provinces of Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho and Noi Bai–Lao Cai expressway belongs to group A project. Project implementation location includes the districts of Yen Son, Ham Yen and Tuyen Quang City (Tuyen Quang Province) and Bac Quang District (Ha Giang Province). The starting point of the expressway is located at the intersection of Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho highway with National Highway 2D in Nhu Khe Commune (Yen Son District) and the final point at Tan Quang Commune, Bac Quang District (Ha Giang Province). The expressway is 110 km length, including 75 km in Tuyen Quang Province and 35km in Ha Giang Province. Total project investment is estimated at VND5,500 billion. Investment preparation time in 2021 and project implementation in the 2022 - 2025 period.

The delegation of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, leaders of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces surveyed the construction of Phieng Bung Forest Park in Na Chang Hamlet, Nang Kha Commune (Na Hang District). The project will create great momentum for tourism to become an important economic sector in the province.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Planning and Investment supported VND100 million for the poor in Na Hang District.
