According to the report of the Ministry of Public Security, to date, more than 10.7 million people have contributed their opinions with 70 million opinions. Of which, the rate of approval accounts for 99.95%, and the rate of disapproval accounts for 0.05%.
To ensure that the new Constitution, after its promulgation, reflects and crystallizes the will and aspirations of the People, the collection of public opinions must be conducted extensively, with the extremely important role of policy-making experts, managers, and scientists.
Based on the people's opinions, policy makers need to have a long-term vision to fully institutionalize the Party's viewpoints and policies to ensure generality, conciseness, and avoid duplication in accordance with the country's development trends both now and in the future.
