The performance team to preserve Cao Lan's identity consists of 12 members.

Ninh Thi Sen, Chairwoman of the Cao Lan Culture Preservation Club shared that, with the desire to preserve the traditional culture, she and others established a performance team.

The team consists of 12 members, these are the core of the arts in Vuc Vai. Every day, after working hours, the members gather to Sen's house to practice dances and songs of the Cao Lan people such as opening the lights, dancing birds, dancing for the seasons, etc.

The performance team practices the light opening dance performance.

La Thi Menh, a 74-year-old member of the Club, said that since childhood, she often followed her brothers and sisters to sing Sinh ca. Over the years, Sinh ca has absorbed into her as an indispensable part of life. Currently, very few people can sing the ancient lyrics of Sinh ca, but when they can sing it, they only like to sing the old lyrics, because it has a very deep meaning.

Bamboo pole dance has become a popular cultural feature of ethnic minorities.

The people of Vuc Vai now not only preserve their costumes, Sinh ca songs and dances, but also preserve the writing, language and traditional stilt roofs of the Cao Lan people.
