TQO - Tuyen Quang is a land of Then melodies, typically Then of the Tay people. Currently, there are more than 100 clubs of Then singing, Tinh gourd lute in the province, contributing to the preservation and promotion of national identity. In preserving and promoting the value of Then heritage, the leading core is Then artisan.

People's artisan Ha Thuan in Tan An Commune (Chiem Hoa) teaches Then to the younger generation.

Excellent artist Nguyen Manh Tham in Thanh Tuong Commune (Na Hang) has great merit in promoting the local then singing movement.

Excellent artisan Ma Van Duc, former Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism actively teaches Then to the younger generation.
