To date, Tuyen Quang province has had 16 heritage sites included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and many festivals have been restored. However, after the honor, the responsibility to preserve and promote heritage is an issue that needs attention.
Intangible cultural heritages are created by the community and are being nurtured in the community. The state should pay attention to repairing degraded festival-related relics and infrastructure systems to make the festival more orderly, larger-scale, and better meet the needs of enjoyment of people.
