The works named "Ben anh em ke chuyen nhung ngay xa nhau" by Duong Xuan Quyen.

According to the organisers, the exhibition received over 200 works by artists from the provinces in the northwest. A total of 3 A prizes, 11 B prizes,  21 C prizes,  60 consolation prizes were presented. In which, Tuyen Quang has 1 C prize belonging to the work "Ben anh em ke chuyen nhung ngay xa nhau" by Duong Xuan Quyen and 1 consolation prize of the work "Nhung nguoi ban bac" by artist Mai Hung. This is the second year in a row that young artist Duong Xuan Quyen won the C prize at the Region III Fine Arts Exhibition.
