The production process of Thuat Yen rice noodles is guaranteed to be closed and is made from locally grown 'bao thai' rice.

All stages of Thuat Yen noodle production are carried out in a closed process, without the use of detergents or additives.

In addition to machinery to make noodles, the cooperative focuses on investing in a drying oven system to ensure the best quality and flavor of noodles.

Currently, the cooperative produces 320 tons of noodles per year, with a revenue of about VND3.6 billion per year, creating jobs for many workers with an average salary of VND5 million - VND7 million per person per month.

From rice noodle products that are mainly consumed at local traditional markets, over time, Thuat Yen Rice Noodle products have been supported by the Provincial Department of Rural Development to register trademarks and label, packaging.

This product was recognized as a 4-star OCOP product in 2021.

Recently, Thuat Yen Rice Noodles product was one of five products in the province recognized as a typical rural industrial product in the Northern region in 2024.
