This is a way to promote and mobilize the whole population to exercise in accordance with the spirit, policies, and orientations of the Party, the State, and the teachings of the great President Ho Chi Minh in taking care of the comprehensive physical health of people.
In recent years, jogging has become a popular sport for all people because of many factors such as simplicity, ease of participation due to flexibility in time, location, form, ease of implementation, and the ability to attract and mobilize many people at the same time. In particular, recently, a new form of online jogging has been developed and popularized. This movement has been implemented by a number of agencies and units in the province. Online running has contributed to creating new vitality for this sport and more importantly, has contributed to forming the habit of exercising and improving health in the community.
Along with the growth of the running movement, in addition to major Marathon races, movements such as Olympic Running Day, Cross-country races held annually, running races organized by units and businesses have also appeared more and more, even considered a unique and different cultural feature of many businesses when the organization aims to donate, support, and help those who still face many difficulties in life.
With the benefits of health training and encouraging the spirit of sports, running has contributed to promoting the mass sports movement, implementing the Party and Government's policy on health training, improving and developing the physical fitness of the people.
