Support policies are necessary, practical and effective for enterprises to compete fairly and effectively among regions; study support to reduce costs for enterprises to improve competitiveness; cut unnecessary and inappropriate administrative procedures and licenses, increasing compliance costs. Continue to effectively implement policies to reduce taxes, extend tax payment deadlines that have been issued; reduce lending interest rates, etc.

In particular, the Prime Minister requested that localities proactively meet, exchange, listen to comments and recommendations from enterprises to promptly develop goals, tasks, development solutions, support and help local enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprises facing difficulties due to storms and floods, finance, legal issues, land procedures, site clearance, etc. according to regulations.
