Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - a young man who successfully starting a business amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
Starting as a chef at many famous restaurants in Tuyen Quang City, Mr. Thang has a deep passion for local specialties, especially the stuffed snails in bamboo tube dish.
In 2019, he boldly opened a facility of processing stuffed snail in bamboo tube in Hamlet 18, Kim Phu Commune, Tuyen Quang City with the first capital of nearly VND30 million. Only half a year later, he continued to expand the factory area as well as increase the number of employees and apply machines to improve the source of products in order to meet consumers' demand.
His production facility creates job for many local people.
The outstanding of Chien Thang's brand of stuffed snails in bamboo tube is the unique flavor of the dish, the hygienic processing and the freshness of the main ingredients.
The round bamboo trunks are selected and cut into small bamboo tube as snail shells. In addition, big snails are purchased from many places, ensuring the deliciousness after being carefully processed.

Each branch of lemongrass, chili, shiitake are all prepared from early morning. Each group of workers in the facility is responsible for preliminary processing from 1-2 types of raw materials. After hours of preliminary processing, they begin to mix the ingredients into a smooth mixture and then stuff it in bamboo tubes.
Currently, Chien Thang stuffed snail in bamboo tube factory has possessed more 30 labours with the average productivity of 3 - 4 quintals of products each day, profit from VND20 million to VND50 million per month.
Up to now, Chien Thang facility's stuffed snail products are sold both inside and outside the province such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc.
