According to data from the Institute of Workers and Trade Unions, 37.1% of workers in industrial zones borrowed black credit. The loan interest rate that workers must accept is up to 90-100%, especially up to 700-1,000%/month.

Sticking to "black credit", many worker households and workers are in dire straits. If they do not pay interest properly and in full, loan sharks will pressure them with defamation tactics and invasion of privacy, threatening union officials to collect debt, greatly affecting the lives of workers.

To protect the rights and interests of union members and workers, helping them feel secure in production, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area, all levels of Trade Unions need to promote propaganda, prevention, and recognition Know the tricks and harmful effects of "black credit" to prevent usury activities in the lives of workers. On the other hand, it is necessary to effectively deploy the welfare program for union members, in which it is necessary to pay attention and take care of improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers such as: salaries, bonuses, shift meals, housing, kindergartens, and policies to support union members and poor workers facing difficult circumstances such as providing union shelters, hardship allowances, and loan support through official channels with reasonable interest rates.
