Ham Yen King oranges exhibited and introduced at the village trade and OCOP product fair in Hanoi.

Ham Yen District has 7,270 hectares of oranges, including 4,986 for harvest.  Orange output is estimated at over 84,000 tonnes this year.

Due to the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic, the consumption of Ham Yen King oranges has faced many difficulties. Therefore, the People's Committee of Ham Yen District has hosted a conference on the sustainable development of King oranges and to assess the current consumption situation.

The District People's Committee has also cooperated with the provincial Agriculture and Rural Development and the Industry and Trade Departments to introduce Ham Yen King orange products at trade fairs and trade promotion programmes both inside and outside the province.

The Tuyen Quang provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development promoted Ham Yen King oranges at the Trade Village and One Commune One Product Fair ran by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Thereby, representatives of several supermarkets and clean food stores in Hanoi discussed connections between Tuyen Quang enterprises and agencies to further the consumption and success of the products.
