There are many models generating high incomes in the commune such as the Dong Day red chicken farming model. Of which, three models are run with household-scale farms in the locality.

In addition, the beekeeping model of Phong Tho Beekeeping Cooperative has brought about excellent economic efficiency to local farmers. Thanks to this model, 23 cooperative members have earned average incomes ranging from VND500-750 million each year.

The duck farming model of Mr. Duong Tat Toan in An Loc B Hamlet, An Khang Commune, Tuyen Quang City, brings in an annual income of VND200-300 million.

The commune has also supported local people to establish a 14-member high-quality longan growing cooperative group, with revenue between VND100-200 million per crop.

In 2020, the commune has so far ran a new model, planting 2.6 hectares of Ha Den grapes, bringing about revenue of VND70-90 million per 1.3 hectare.

The commune now has more than 100 efficient economic development models, of which over 20 are bringing an annual average income of VND300 million, with the figure for the others standing at VND100-200 million. Currently, average income per capita of the commune is at VND42 million, offering a favourable condition for the locality to meet the set criteria regarding incomes in advanced new rural area building movement towards 2023.
