Su Anh agricultural production service cooperative in My Lam ward (Tuyen Quang city) applies digital transformation to production and business activities.

As one of the leading cooperatives in digital transformation, since its establishment in 2019, Hop Hoa Agro-Forestry Processing Service Cooperative, Hop Hoa commune (Son Duong) is known as a solanum procumbens growing region. Up to now, the cooperative has constantly developed and expanded the planting material area with 13 members and more than 100 households.

The cooperative has flexibly searched for markets through social networks and e-commerce platforms. Since 2020, despite many difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the cooperative's products have been regularly sold to the market. In particular, thanks to social networks and e-commerce platforms such as Smartgap, Postmart, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki, the cooperative's products are consumed in markets of Hanoi, Vinh Phuc, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Bui Thanh Ha, a member of Phong Tho Beekeeping Cooperative (Tuyen Quang City), the application of digital transformation not only solves the problem of corporate governance, but also gains trust from consumers. Therefore, because of traceability information, the cooperative's products can be sold at 20% higher prices than other products.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance Cao Hung Dung, said that digital transformation in the cooperative system in this period is necessary. In order to improve the digital transformation capacity of cooperatives, in the coming time, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance will coordinate with relevant agencies to organize training in order to raise awareness and qualifications for the cooperative management staffs.

The Provincial Cooperative Alliance also hopes that functional sectors will support the application of digital transformation technology solutions for cooperatives, through the development of support packages for technology solutions for different fields and industries, contributing to digital transformation for cooperatives.
