Her husband collects cattle manure and green manure for composting, she tinkers with ways to fight pests and fruit-damaging butterflies. Although the fruit set is not as much as the fruit produced normally, but in return, their agricultural products are clean and fresh.

In 2018, when the first classes on organic production were opened in Phuc Ninh Commune, Thanh and her husband joined immediately. In addition to cattle manure, green manure, she also knew how to make more fertilizer from fruits and leftovers.
When Yen Son Organic Production Group was established, she was trusted and assigned the responsibility as group leader.
Phuc Ninh Commune has over 1,500 hectares of fruit trees, the most are pomelos with 1,050 hectares, the rest are oranges and custards. In which, 19.4 hectares are certified organic product. This is really a great step forward and effort in the agricultural production of the commune, especially in the context that clean production and consumption are particularly concerned.
At the beginning, the organic production group in Phuc Ninh had nearly 20 members, including members from neighboring communes such as Chieu Yen, Trung Mon (Yen Son), Duc Ninh (Ham Yen). Each year, the number of members decreased a little, until now, only 9 households participating in this group.
The orchards in Phuc Ninh are now gradually transitioning to VietGAP and organic standards. Despite the difficulties, the members of the group still believe that their organic agricultural products will be chosen by many consumers.
