The festival is scheduled from March 3 to 5, 2023 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Na Hang Town, Phieng Bung Hamlet (Nang Kha Commune), Hong Thai Commune and islands on Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir.

The festival includes many activities such as the opening ceremony of the Na Hang Fragrance Festival in 2023, announcing the Guinness Vietnam Record: The longest pear flower route in Vietnam, Unique art program, and folk dance, etc.
