TQO - Chau Thi Nga, a Tay women in Bo Ngoang Hamlet, Phuc Son Commune, Lam Binh District has conquered the tourism market in the complicated context of the COVID-19 pandemic by herself. Despite having many difficulties, she always confidently walked in her own way like a young person full of love for her homeland.

The soul of the mountainous woman

Previously, Chau Thi Nga was well-known as the mountainous singer with quality music clips on social networks. When young people in rural areas participated in developing tourism, she enthusiastically continued on a new path with many eager plans.

After many years of experimenting with the online business of agricultural products, Nga decided to engage in tourism activities with the desire to promote the beauty of Tuyen Quang, attracting tourists to her homeland.

In 2019, Co Son Nu Trading and Tourism Co., Ltd was established by her. This was the first travel company in the province to organize tours for tourist to visit Tuyen Quang.

The name "Co Son Nu" carries many things that the young female Chau Thi Nga wants to convey. Nga shared that the image of mountainous women working in the fields became a good memory in her subconscious. They always work hard and spend time taking care their families and children.

"So, I named my company Co Son Nu to spread the image of women in the uplands", Nga said.

Co Son Nu Co., Ltd. is currently headquartered in Minh Xuan Ward, Tuyen Quang City with 10 employees. There are also a number of collaborators in the country. Nga confided that the company was established at the right time when there was the first case of Covid-19 pandemic in the world, then the first case appeared in Vietnam. As a result, tourism activities in the country were almost frozen.

To overcome difficulties, the way that she responds to "survive" in the business is the motto "take short to feed long".

During trips, Nga and employees sold local agricultural products, culinary specialties, and medicinal herbs for tourists. In addition, she also connected and retailed Korean cosmetic products to earn more income to maintain the company's operations.

Especially to promote the company's brand, she took advantage of potentials of social networks such as Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok. A lot of her videos introducing the beauty of tourist destinations of Na Hang, Lam Binh, Son Duong and Tuyen Quang City has attracted thousands of views.

Currently, when the Covid-19 epidemic has been basically controlled, her company has stepped up promotional activities to attract tourists coming to Tuyen Quang. Since 2020, the company has connected more than 300 domestic and foreign delegations to Tuyen Quang.
