35 kilometres from the centre of the district, Ban Ba waterfall in Trung Ha Commune has been recognised as a national natural scenic attraction. It is home to many ethnic groups such as the Tay, Dao, and Mong who have preserved their traditional cultural identities such as including living in stilt houses, Then singing, and Pao Dung singing. Currently, two homestay facilities have opened in Trung Ha Commune to attract tourists.

In July, Tham Nam Cave in Ban Bien Hamlet, Phuc Son Commune was listed as a provincial scenic destination. It’s a natural stone cave located in the middle of a primeval forest with assorted species of flora and fauna, including many rare ones. In recent years, Tham Nam cave has been preserved by local people.
Ban Bien Hamlet has received investment to develop community-based tourism in association with ecotourism. Two households in the hamlet have registered to provide homestay services. The locals’ daily activities will attract many visitors thanks to their simplicity and sincerity.
Chiem Hoa District strives to greet more than 110,000 holidaymakers and create jobs for 2,000 workers who participate in tourism activities and tourism-related services in 2020.
In the future, the district’s authorities will enhance tourism communication and promotional activities while hosting traditional festivals and cultural events in order to attract more tourists to the locality.
