The leaders of Nang Kha commune (Na Hang) inspected the construction progress of houses for poor households in the area.
According to the report of the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses, by May 2, the whole province had implemented the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for 6,388/6,928 households, reaching 92.21% of the plan (rebuilding 4,194 households, repairing 2,194 households).
The number of completed households is 3,380, the number of households in the process of building houses is 3,008, and 540 households have not yet implemented the work.
In the coming time, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Tuyen Quang Province requests that sectors and localities continue to strengthen the direction, implementation, inspection and supervision of implementation progress; step up propaganda, create changes in public awareness about the significance of the program; mobilize agencies, businesses, philanthropists and people to join in, determined to strive to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses according to the set plan. With creative and practical approaches, localities in the province are gradually completing the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, contributing to realizing the dream of prosperity, peace and happiness in new homes.
