Pho cafe in Binh Thuan Street, Tuyen Quang City reopens. 

Accordingly, from June 14, the city allows the reopening of sports activities, gyms, football fields, beauty salons, restaurants, catering services and cafes.

These activities must not gather more than 20 people, ensure to keep a distance and comply with epidemic prevention and control measures as well as create and scan QR codes and medical declarations at public areas.

The city continues to suspend operations for business and service establishments such as Karaoke, bars, sidewalk bars and non-essential gatherings of people until further notice.
