As of November 2024, through review and assessment, Quyet Thang and Dong Tho communes have completed 16 out of 19 criteria; Hong Son and Dong Quy communes have achieved 17 out of 19 criteria; Dong Loi and Minh Thanh communes have achieved 18 out of 19 criteria; Tam Da has completed 19 out of 19 criteria.
Determining that the criteria for traffic, schools, multidimensional poverty, income and environment are difficult criteria that the communes reaching the new-style rural area finish line this year are facing, the localities have been concentrating their efforts and continuing to exploit resources from national target programs.
For the criteria that have not been met, the communes have proposed specific solutions such as promoting propaganda and mobilizing cadres, party members and people to continue implementing the program of building new rural areas.
For the criteria of residential housing, the communes have directed political, social and mass organizations to support working days to build houses for poor households.
The district has mobilized resources, combined with capital from programs and projects, and people's contributions in implementing traffic roads, eliminating temporary houses, etc.
In addition, the fields of economic development and improving people's lives have also been focused on by localities, aiming to improve people's lives and mobilize internal resources from people in building new rural areas.
To meet capital needs, in addition to State investment resources, the district focuses on mobilizing and effectively integrating capital from programs and projects being implemented in the area to implement the common contents and goals of the program of building new rural areas.
