Implementing the province's direction on administrative procedure reform, Son Duong district People's Committee issued plan No. 561 for implementation with 6 key goals and 31 specific tasks.

The district has directed agencies, units, communes and towns in the area to promote propaganda on administrative procedure reform, disseminate legal knowledge, policies of the Party and State, publicly post administrative procedures at the headquarters of agencies and units, etc.

Comrade Lai Minh Hong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong town, said: To create favorable conditions for people and businesses when coming to work, the town's one-stop department works continuously from Monday to Saturday.

Since the beginning of the year, 100% of administrative procedure settlement files have been guided by civil servants at the one-stop department to be implemented online, over 80% of citizens coming to transact have been registered for a VneID electronic identification account.

Most administrative procedures are guided and resolved on time, not making people wait long, no files return results after the deadline.

Efforts to build a public, transparent and effective administration along with the application of scientific advances and digital transformation in all areas of social life have brought practical benefits to people and businesses.
