People in Thuong Lam commune (Lam Binh) look up information through QR codes at the culture house of Na Tong village.

QR codes are not only posted at the Commune People's Committee but also at 13 out of 13 village culture houses for the convenience of people when they need to look up information.

Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of Na Tong village Hoang Van Minh, said that QR codes posted at the village culture house have made it easier for people to find information whenever they have information to look up. Besides, in addition to QR codes on administrative procedures, the listing board also has codes to the electronic portals of the province, district and commune. Thanks to that, people can easily access and timely grasp news and political information happening in the province.

After only a short time of implementation, people are very excited, actively accessing and searching with QR codes. The administrative reform department has also received positive feedback from the people. The number of people interested in and accessing QR is increasing day by day.

The listing of QR codes at the Commune People's Committee and the village culture houses in Thuong Lam commune has created favourable conditions for people when handling administrative procedures. Since then, forming the habit of applying digital technology to the real life of people.
