Thanks to the fierceness and persistence in propaganda and mobilization of the whole political system, including the police force, the Mong ethnic people here did not believe in the bad guys. Local people have been well implementing the guidelines and policies of the Party, complying with the provisions of the law.
In Ngoi Sen, more and more solid houses have been built to replace old and degraded houses. Since 2021, the hamlet has 13 households supported to build new houses, including 6 Mong ethnic families.
Ngoi Sen Hamlet has 78 Mong ethnic households with 386 people, accounting for 63% of the total population of the locality. Over the years, people have benefited from programs and projects invested by the State. The village road has been concreted.
The police force regularly propagate and mobilize the Mong ethnic people to well observe the guidelines and policies of the Party and laws of the State.
Most of the Mong ethnic minority households in Ngoi Sen Hamlet develop buffalo and cow husbandry to bring economic efficiency and increase income.
In 2022, Mong ethnic households in Ngoi Sen were invested in 3 drilled wells and supplying 15 water tanks to meet their people's water needs.
The Mong ethnic households here know how to take advantage of the vacant land to grow vegetables for daily meals.
Dao Van No, a Mong person affirmed: “Only the Party and State can bring a prosperous and happy life to the people, including the Mong people. Since we did not believe the bad guys, the life of the Mong people has changed a lot, expanding exchanges with society, peace of mind to do business."
