Raising buffalo and cows will help Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong's family, Mong ethnic group, in Go Da hamlet, 1A Thong Nhat hamlet, Yen Phu commune (Ham Yen) escape poverty in 2023.
Since 2021, Go Da hamlet has had a 3.6 km long concrete road built throughout the hamlet; 11 households received financial support to build new houses; 29 out of 29 households were given trash bins to classify waste at source, minimizing environmental pollution; 7 households were supported with 7 pairs of breeding cows to develop breeding cows and along with that, 29 people were trained in animal husbandry techniques.
Mong ethnic households in Go Da constantly strive to improve, unite to help each other develop economically, and their lives gradually get better. Young people in Go Da have actively found jobs in factories and companies to increase family income. Not only planting forests and corn, some households have boldly planted custard apple trees in rocky mountain areas, earning more income.
Many households have borrowed capital to invest in developing breeding buffaloes, cows, pigs, and free-range chickens. Up to now, Go Da hamlet has a total herd of more than 30 buffaloes and cows.
The prosperity in Go Da hamlet clearly demonstrates the peaceful countryside, creating a safe social environment for development. Mong people's trust in the Party and State is increasingly strengthened and enhanced.
