Amending and supplementing regulations on forms of supervision by the people in ensuring traffic order and safety is implemented in Circular 46 of the Ministry of Public Security, which has just been issued, effective from November 15. This Circular stipulates the implementation of democracy in the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, including: Access to public information of the police force and on mass media; Through monitoring subjects according to the provisions of law; Direct contact and settlement of work with officers and soldiers; Results of settlement of cases, petitions, complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections; Direct observation of the work of ensuring traffic order and safety.
Thus, from now on, there will be no regulations on the form of citizen supervision through recording and video recording devices. Citizen supervision must ensure that it does not affect the activities of officers and soldiers while they are performing their duties and they are not allowed to enter the area where they are performing their duties, except for those with related rights and obligations. Every citizen needs to understand the law to ensure that their right to supervision is effective.
