The Tuyen Quang delegation joins the national online conference.

Comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, chaired the connection point in Tuyen Quang.

According to the temporary house removal plan, by June 20, Tuyen Quang province had completed 6,908 out of 6,928 houses, reaching 99.71%. Of these, 4,524 houses were newly built, and 2,384 houses were repaired. Thanks to the consensus of the entire political system and the people, the province is expected to complete the plan before the deadline of August 30, 2025.

To date, 38 out of 63 provinces and cities have completed the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for beneficiaries, an increase of 23 localities compared to the time of the fourth meeting (May 11, 2025).

The whole country has supported 262,843 out of 277,420 houses, reaching a rate of 94.7%. Of which, 224,854 houses have been inaugurated (reaching 85.5%), and 37,989 houses are under construction.

Regarding the progress of key transport projects, the country currently has 19 completed projects put into operation, expanding the expressway network from 1,327 km to 2,268 km. Particularly, the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway (phase 1), the section through Tuyen Quang has handed over 100% of the land, and the construction value has reached 40% of the total contract value.

Concerning the disbursement of public investment capital, in 2025, the total capital approved by the National Assembly is VND829,365 billion, of which VND825,922 billion has been allocated. As of June 30, 2025, the estimated payment is about VND264.8 trillion (32.06%). Tuyen Quang has disbursed VND918 billion, reaching 21.5% of the plan and is expected to reach 50% by the end of June.

The Prime Minister requested localities to resolutely carry out their tasks, avoiding formalities and delays.

In addition, he demanded that ministries, branches and localities coordinate to remove obstacles in procedures, land, human resources and materials to ensure the progress of strategic infrastructure projects.

Concluding the conference, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of concretizing the resolution into a clear action plan, with responsible people, time and monitoring mechanisms. At the same time, he called on socio-political organizations and people to continue to accompany so that programs and projects achieve the best results.
