Working with the Vietnamese Embassies and local businesses, the delegation outlined the potentials, strengths and capabilities of investment cooperation with TuyenQuang in the fields of agriculture, forestry, waste treatment, tourism and human resource training. The noted that TuyenQuang would also pledge to create favourable conditions for international investors to the province.

Vietnamese Ambassadors to Finland and Russia affirmed that they will support TuyenQuang in activities related to investment promotion and business connection between the province and Finnish and Russian enterprises; as well as assist TuyenQuang to introduce and popularise the image and potential of the province, and connect with localities with similar conditions to TuyenQuang.
