The conference focused on discussing measures to achieve an increase in gross domestic product (GRDP) of over 9% in 2024, speed up the progress of capital construction investment, and speed up the disbursement of public investment capital; administrative reform, improving the business investment environment, enhancing provincial competitiveness; digital transformation; resolve difficulties and obstacles for investment projects using capital outside the state budget, and at the same time attract investment projects; resource management, etc.

The conference also discussed mechanisms, policies and solutions to promote innovation, improve the quality of education, training, vocational training, medical examination and treatment for the people, and implement social security policies, etc.
