The costume of Mong ethnic men in Tuyen Quang includes a shirt, a belt and pants. The shirt is sewn with chest-cut and round neck style. It does not have shoulder straps and is split on both sides of the hip. It has pockets on both sides and a row of cloth buttons on the front.

During the major holidays, the Mong men wear traditional clothes and dance skilfully with their "khen" (pan-pipe).
