Thuat Yen rice noodles are sold at the trade fair in Tan Ha Ward, Tuyen Quang City.

The noodles are made from ordinary rice flour and produced in a closed process. The product has been supported by the Provincial Rural Development Department to register for brands, labels and packages.

The cooperative produces an average of 6 quintals of noodles per day, meeting the consumption needs both inside and outside the province. At present, Thuat Yen rice noodles are sold at stores and supermarkets inside and outside the province, including in Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Cao Bang, and Ha Giang.

The product can be cooked into stir-fried noodles or used in hot pot; the noodles are especially suitable for breakfast. Rice noodles can be mixed with beef or sparerib to create a simple and nutritious breakfast.
