Participating provinces ready to join Tuyen Quang’s festivals

TQO - By this time, the 11 provinces and cities who own unique cultural heritages, and have registered to participate in the 2019 National Intangible Cultural Heritage Performing Festival and the 2019 Thanh Tuyen Festival hosted by Tuyen Quang province, have completed their training and are ready to impress the audience with their best performances.

The usual performances have been well prepared by Phu Tho province to promote its local UNESCO-recognised Xoan singing to the public.


Artists from Phu Tho province actively practice Xoan singing to participate in the Tuyen Quang festivals.

The gong group of the Dak Nong province consists of 15 members of various ages, practicing under the training of Mr. Tran Xuan Lap, an officer at the Office of Culture and Family Management, under the Dak Nong Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Lap always encourages and carefully guides his team members with the desire for each of them to bring their most unique performance to the festivals.

Son La province will bring its Xoe dance by the Thai ethnic people to the Tuyen Quang festivals. Ms. Quang Thi Thoa, an artist from the Son La delegation, shared that she and all the members of her delegation are ready to join the rehearsal. All the artists were eager and happy to participate in the festivals, and had the desire to offer the audience their most impressive repertoires.
