According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, in 2023 the province created jobs for 25,953 workers, reaching more than 116% of the year's plan.

In the first 3 months of 2024, Tuyen Quang province has created jobs for over 5,900 workers. Of these, there are 3,659 workers working in economic sectors in the province; 2,025 workers working in industrial parks and clusters in provinces and cities in the country; and export 236 export workers.

Currently, all levels and sectors in the province are continuing to effectively implement new job creation solutions with the determination to complete the goal of creating jobs for 22,550 workers by 2024, increasing the rate of trained workers to reach 69.5%, of which the rate with degrees and certificates is 28%.
