To encourage people to stick with and create momentum for forest economic development, the commune has promptly implemented the province's guidelines and policies such as supporting high-quality tree seedlings for people to plant forests. Since 2016, people in the commune have been supported with nearly 2 million acacia seedlings and seeds on a total area of nearly 1,200 hectares.

In particular, in 2019, the commune was the first locality in Ham Yen district to plant and care for forests according to FSC international standards to gradually improve the economic value of forests for people. Thanks to that, in recent years, the commune has always achieved and exceeded the afforestation plan by 2% - 5%.

Participating in afforestation according to FSC standards, households strictly comply with the principles: do not use herbicides, protect wildlife, and do not burn vegetation; The mining process leaves no traces of vehicles or waste to avoid impact on the forest environment, etc.

In the first round of mobilization and propaganda, the commune had nearly 2,400 hectares registered by people to plant. To date, the commune has 2,900 hectares out of 5,400 hectares of forest certified by FSC.

By the end of 2023, people's income reached over VND42.57 million per person per year; The commune's multidimensional poverty rate decreased to 12.99%.
