Overview of  Tuyen Quang City.

Tuyen Quang City has a total natural area of 184.38 km2, including 10 wards and 5 communes, located in the south of Tuyen Quang Province, about 165km from Hanoi to the south according to National Highway No.2.

After 11 years of becoming a grade-III city, Tuyen Quang City has achieved remarkable results . The average economic growth rate in the last 3 years is 12.51%; urban population is 232,230 people (by the end of 2019), including permanent and temporary residents. The rate of non-agricultural labour in the locality reaches 80.04%, while the rate of solid and semi-solid houses reaches 97.48% and the rate of main roads being illuminated is estimated 96.2%. In particular, the rate of treated daily-life solid waste reaches 100%.
