I. Results and indicators to achieve:
- The proportion of agro-forestry-fishery production and business establishments rated A and B increased to 90%; the percentage of small establishments that have signed a commitment to produce safe food increased to 85%.
- The proportion of samples of agro-forestry-fishery products monitored for violations of food safety regulations decreased by 10% compared to 2022.
- Cultivation area, aquaculture area, number of livestock establishments certified organic, VietGAP or equivalent increased 10% compared to 2022.
- The rate of establishments preliminarily processing and processing agro-forestry-fishery foods certified to HACCP, ISO 22000 or equivalent increased by 10% compared to 2022.
- 100% of legal documents, projects and work programs are completed according to the Plan.
- 100% of staff who manage quality, food safety of agro-forestry-fishery are trained and updated in professional skills.
II. Key tasks:
1. Reviewing and perfecting mechanisms and policies issued in the province to create a favorable environment and motivation for people, cooperatives and enterprises to produce and trade in safe and quality agro-forestry-fishery products.
2. Innovating the work of dissemination and education to raise awareness and actions of people to ensure the food quality and food safety in the production of agro-forestry-fishery products, and communication and promotion of quality agro-forestry-fishery products.
3. Ensuring the verification and certification of sufficient facilities to ensure food safety, mobilizing small-scale production and business establishments to sign commitments to produce and trade in safe food according to the law.
4. Actively supervising, warning, inspecting, checking unexpectedly, promptly detecting and strictly handling violating establishments and products in violation of regulations on quality and food safety.
5. Promptly handling food safety incidents, expanding the consumption market of agro-forestry-fishery products in domestic and international markets.
