Industrial production value increased by 16.6% year-on-year, making an important contribution to the province's 8.63% GRDP growth. In particular, the province has paper products recognized as National Brand, this is an important step forward, opening up opportunities for stronger development of the province's industry.

The province promptly implemented support policies of the Central Government, and helped businesses to recover production after the Covid-19 epidemic such as supporting loan interest rates, reducing 2% value-added tax, etc. Along with that, the Industry and Trade sector built the Industrial Promotion Program of Tuyen Quang Province in the period of 2021 - 2025 and promptly removed production and business difficulties for enterprises.

With the support of the province, the Industry and Trade industry, businesses in the province have made efforts to implement measures to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, cope with the increase in input material prices and actively and flexibly find solutions for stable production method. As a result, the province's industrial production value in 2022 (2010 constant price) reached VND17,680 billion, reaching 108% of the plan, an increase of 16.6% compared to 2021.

In 2 years (2021-2022), the province has attracted nearly 40 projects registered for investment in the province. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee has approved investment for 17 industrial projects to invest in industrial zones and clusters in the province. Currently, 40% of projects are under construction investment, 60% of projects are completing investment procedures, many large-scale production projects are under construction such as project of export wood product of An Thinh Phat Group; Wood processing project of Sao Viet Co., Ltd in Long Binh An industrial park; JW Agricultural Product Processing Factory Project in Phuc Ung industrial cluster (Son Duong), etc.

In 2022, there are 6 industrial projects put into production, including: Tarpaulin Fabric Factory; Plywood factory in Long Binh An industrial park; DANM concrete, production of construction materials Thanh Hung in Nang Kha (Na Hang); Tuyen Quang hi-tech tunnel brick factory in hamlet 4, Trang Da Commune (Tuyen Quang City); Chiem Hoa Wood Processing Factory in An Thinh industrial cluster (Chiem Hoa); Factory manufacturing and trading all kinds of PP Container packaging in Son Nam industrial zone.

The strong development of industry is really an important foundation for well implementation of the goal of turning Tuyen Quang into a fairly, comprehensively and sustainably developed province in the Northern mountainous region.
