Dang Van Dau in Son Phu Commune, Na Hang District inspects the growth and development of shiitake mushrooms.

Ma Cong Ha, a restaurant owner in Ban Da Hamlet, Son Phu Commune, shared that his restaurant still orders shiitake mushrooms in the locality to cook dishes such as hot pot, soup, and stir-fried meat. The mushrooms in Son Phu are very delicious and fresh, attracting many diners.

In addition, many restaurants in Tuyen Quang city also ordered this mushrooms. Tran Hang Nga, owner of Nam Nga restaurant in Phan Thiet Ward, Tuyen Quang City said that she still regularly orders shiitake mushrooms in Son Phu to prepare dishes.

Currently, shiitake mushrooms are selected to register as the OCOP product by Son Phu Commune.
