The People's Committee of Nhan Ly Commune has come up with solutions to support farmers in tea production such as organising many training courses to instruct tea growers to plant and take care of tea, growing new tea species to replace old tea trees as well as deploying safe tea production models to improve product quality.

Ha Dong Hamlet has 31 households growing tea. In the first half of 2021, the hamlet reduced 3 poor households thanks to tea production. In order to increase the value of tea products, local people proactively has carried out a safe tea production model with high quality tea varieties such as Phuc Van Tien, Bat Tien, LDP1, LDP2, etc.

In addition, with the support of the People's Committees of Nhan Ly Commune and Chiem Hoa District, Ha Dong Tea Cooperative Group was established with 31 members in 2013. With the development orientation towards creating safe products, the cooperative members have gradually eliminated fertilisers and pesticides during process of growing and caring tea.

The People's Committee of Nhan Ly Commune has also took advantage of all capital sources to support tea growers, apply machines into tea production to reduce labour force and increase productivity. Moreover, the commune has introduced local tea products at trade fairs to promote product brand.

The average income of tea growers reaches VND37 million per person per year, an increase of VND12 million compared to 2015.
