Creating green spaces in urban areas

TQO - In the context of increasing population size and urbanization rate, it is very important to create green space in urban areas.

With the goal of improving the living environment, creating green space in urban areas, especially to complete the standards of urban construction grade I by 2030, over the past time, Tuyen Quang City has planned land fund to invest in planting trees.

Viet My Villas urban area in two wards of Tan Quang and Phan Thiet (Tuyen Quang city) has a planning design of more than 7.3 hectares, the project is divided into different subdivisions.

Flamingo Tan Trao - a high-class resort project combining tourism with cultural experiences located in Tan Trao commune (Son Duong). The project is built on a land area of 25 hectares with a total number of houses of 704 apartments.

Nguyen Cao Cuong, Project Manager of Flamingo Tan Trao, said that this is a resort project, so the percentage of green trees accounts for 25% with all kinds of trees of the Viet Bac region and Tuyen Quang province. It contributes to a green living space and a fresh climate.

According to the Department of Construction, during the planning appraisal process, the department encouraged investors to increase the percentage of green land and green space in order to improve the quality of life and develop urban areas in a sustainable way.
