In particular, start-ups in the field of innovation need to pay attention to the issue of protecting intellectual property rights.

Recently, working with the Ministry of Science and Technology, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized the urgent need to complete the Decree on intellectual property.

In which, the Decree must meet practical requirements; simplify administrative procedures; the ability to carry out administrative procedures on intellectual property in the electronic and digital transformation environment; ensuring the integration and harmonization of standards, regulations and provisions in international treaties on intellectual property to which Vietnam is a signatory, etc.

Although the State has made efforts in perfecting the legal system on intellectual property, in order for businesses to effectively exploit opportunities from integration, in addition to strengthening connections with international partners, In order to improve economic performance and competitiveness, businesses need to be aware of and act soon in the protection and management of intellectual property assets, thereby building a large developed Vietnamese business community and reach out to the world.
